It puts your Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, Vrbo and direct bookings on one calendar, and when a night is booked on one channel it closes that night on all the others, so you don't get double bookings.
Connect each channel's calendar link (iCal) to Empty to Booked, and give each channel the export link Empty to Booked creates for it. A booking on one channel then shows up as a closed night on every other channel. Direct bookings and dates you close yourself are added to those links straight away.
